According to the sources I trust for 5-6 years :-
• The latest news says, we are now after Torres and Micah Richards. Sagna could be heading to France while 1 year remaining on his contract. Same applicable for Park and Chamakh.
• Some sources claim that Higuain deal had been finalised a week ago or two. Juventus could not match the transfer fee as Arsenal did. And he is a Gooner already. Let's see, fingers crossed.
• Julio Cesar, Yaya Sanogo, Marouane Fellaini and Gonzalo Higuain will all be arsenal players in the coming weeks. Expect an announcment sooner rather than later.
My sources are pretty confident about these deals. But, keeping the emotions aside, what i think, consider 2 or even 3 deals to be confirm before the start of the new season.
• Manonne will be joining Sunderland and in fact only medical left to be done. To fill the void, Wenger is looking for Cesar as well as interested in Schwarzer. But Schwarzer looking for 1st team place as to play in the World Cup next year. So, Cesar remains the top contender.
• The mirror are reporting that Arsenal have made a £20million bid for Rooney and that we have had a £6million bid for Grenier rejected. Not 100% believable.
• Kenyan media are reporting that Arsenal have been in contact with Celtic over the potential signing of Victor Wanyama.
• Arsenal to enquire about want-away Lille FC midfielder Mavuba.Could happen if in case Fellaini deal suffer.
• Arsenal to tie up £45.5m trio in the next week or so. The players include Fellani, Higuain and Cesar. If you ask me, I would not totally deny it, but It looks like it will happen.
